Why do you work?

Work is a mental effort needed to muscle, man for its survival, because a man who does nothing will have many problems, both mentally and physically, otherwise you have no coordination.
We must have the need, yes. but it is necessary to work, some person working for a goal and the other out of necessity. It not only Haitian people who is working for money, everyone in general .
Now, love what you do is another level at this point money goes into background, because you've reached a level that does not need money like before.
In a interview and in the tentative agreement, you agreed to work 8 hours or number of hours desired by the working, and taking into account also the wages that are proposing, must also fulfill its duties and we have no right ,being sentimental.
In Haiti we do not have a scale on the wage. the workforce is valued according to the boss, his temperament and his greed too. However, all work has value and profit. if an employer takes into consideration a job well done, it will always find a way to pay its employees well.

Your way of life depends on work, should we be depend on work?

Sometime yes, and sometimes no. have the constraints of life makes us in need and we must work, and it is natural to have a purpose in life, and when you have a goal, that's what will push you to work hard to realize it.sometimes bosses exploit you, after giving 15 years and even 40 years of your life, is not surprising that you left as a person who just spent three months on probation, nothing in reserve, morally you are reached, but when you look at the quality of the work you have done, we realize, this is the satisfaction, is a marvel.
A boss is not always obliged to pay well its employees, he can always give him a social security advantage, and marks the boss considerations vis a vis its employees, and this is what can make you say I have a good job . but when you encounter a problem and your boss can not only help thee, but in addition to disburse, this is an other level. boss who they are, can not afford insurance but their way, on a trip you always relates a little something. They are tokens of appreciation.

LIke being productive

Working conditions must be in favor of the employer and the employee also
For example we read in newspapers work to be able to work under pressure,
is the pressure of the office staff, people who are above you and others, and other types of natural pressures that the job requires
if you really love what you do, you'll go and work beyond the hours, this is where you have a victory on the job, because you overcome stress and defeat at the same time, ant that

Is work still work if you don't get paid for it?

You do not get paid, "if one wants to ensure his happiness must create the happiness of others", said, Seymour Denis"
It is something very difficult and it happens very often in Haiti, it is difficult, workers in public companies are the most mistreated, they go on strike for their claims after months of work without being paid, and get revoke for demanding their pay. The majority of Haiti their salary does not meet their requirement. Normally when you have a job, you can have a budget and can make plan, unfortunately, when you ask most of the Haitian people about that they almost have the same answer, "work never get pay depending according to your bills, on what you have to face for the month. For example rent is very expensive; food and school are very expensive in Haiti"
The only satisfaction is because you can buy the food and complete to pay for the rent. The majority of those people who work are forced to work to pay the rent, because they are coming from the countryside they do not have house in the city, to start with the job, they are forced to accept what is being proposed because What a time they had nothing in pocket. In Haiti some people are working and do not see the reason why they are work for. Not get paid according to the value of the work or according to their needs?
Effectively in every work there is a trap!
you never reach the maximum salary that the work deserves. You do not get paid for a work you

Can we say that your work is more important than my job?

There is no work better than an other, sometimes in a job that you think is least important is the most important, details that you judge to be less important because they are the ones who creates harmony
Small details can sometimes prevent the success of a project. the work of everyone is important for the proper functioning of society and the proper functioning of a country
we each have our own importance, the person who holds the key, reach the upper head, they are all important. it should minimize devalue person.
that person deserves all the respect possible and necessary

Personal Action tab.

Economics Direct action : Micro-financing

The traditional process of acquiring a profession and finding a job is not a primary focus of PINP. This approach is not only part of the status quo that has created so much division, but the odds for success are small in a country like Haiti where the unemployment rate is well above 50%.

Instead, we can help participants take direct control of their economic lives by creating their own jobs and businesses. This independent approach is not likely to succeed without a lot of preliminary learning. As a culmination of the learning that PINP provides, though, it could be a successful approach.

Participants can create any kind of business or project they wish, as long as they find support for it among the community of global PINP partners. They will, of course, need to design the project carefully, with details about costs, labor, materials, maintenance, and interaction with the group who is supporting them.
